Variance Analysis of the Budget vs ActualsInteraction with the field on cost control & giving various input for the field in improving profitability.Analysis on current problematic areasPerform quantitative / qualitative analysis to support the evaluation of corporate growth strategies and business development opportunitiesStructure and execute Information Memorandums, sophisticated financial analyses, and models, including ROI calculations and sensitivity / risk analyses, to evaluate the impacts of strategies, potential partnerships, and new ventures etc...Perform market research, landscape, and sizing analyses to support strategy formulationCreate concise and actionable presentations, position papers, infographics, etc.Support business needs for performance statistics and capacity planningConduct select revenue analyses, using pricing, channel management, customer analysis & behavior, and demand curves to optimize returns for the companyPrepare presentation materials for use with senior managementIdentify process improvement opportunities and work with relevant stakeholder to recommend solutionsLiaising with other business teams for driving cross sell initiatives for the businessSkills Required
