Planning Manager

We’re Hiring with PMC for a large-scale greenfield commercial project in

📌 Role : Manager / Sr. Manager – Planning

📍 Location : Navi

Mumbai (Jui Nagar)

🎓 Qualification : B.Arch + Post Graduation

💼 Experience : 6–8 years (preferably from IPCs)

💰 CTC : Up to ₹13 LPA + Bonus

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage planning activities for greenfield commercial projects (3+ lakh sq.ft) from concept to completion
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, clients & project stakeholders
• Prepare & track project schedules using MS Project
• Conduct design & progress review meetings, prepare MoMs, and circulate updates
• Prepare MIS, daily / weekly / monthly client reports
• Collaborate with site teams for progress monitoring
• Identify risks and formulate mitigation strategies
