About this Position The Regional Business Planner IMEA plays a key role in translating market needs into accurate operational volume plans, enabling sustainable business growth across the IMEA region. This role partners closely with sales, product management, supply chain, and controlling teams to ensure demand forecasts are robust, data-driven, and continuously improving. You will lead the preparation and facilitation of demand review meetings, contribute to the advancement of the S&OP process, and represent Business Planning in both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational escalations.
What You´ll Do
- Ensure a high-quality demand plan at both regional and SBU level for IMEA, enabling business growth and translating market requirements into a volume plan for operations (monthly Demand Plan)
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Sales Head, KAMs, BDMs, PLMs, and Controlling across IMEA on activities impacting the forecast (e.g. localisations, new product launches, projects, market shifts)
- Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and bias reduction by conducting root cause analysis and constructively challenging inputs from Sales
- Ensure thorough preparation and effective facilitation of Demand Review meetings at regional level; contribute to advancing the S&OP process to a higher maturity
- Represent Business Planning in cross-functional strategic initiatives (e.g. complexity reduction, customer collaboration, production transfers, M&A execution)
- Act as the Business Planning representative in crisis and shortage management, supporting daily demand escalations across IMEA

Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Planning, ideally in a regional or cross-market contextBachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related fieldStrong cross-functional understanding of demand planning, supply, sales, product management, and marketing dynamicsProactive and self-driven, with the ability to independently manage topics, challenge assumptions, and drive planning improvementsSkilled in translating data and trends into actionable business insights; comfortable navigating complexityProficient in planning systems; SAP APO DP / SNP knowledge is a plusExcellent communication and presentation skills; able to align diverse stakeholders behind a consensus planGerman is an advantage; fluent English is a must data analytics & BI process improvementSome perks of joining Henkel
