Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Lead

We are hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Lead with strong expertise in UK Payroll and Absence modules .

If you have 12–14 years of overall IT experience and 6–8 years in Oracle Fusion HCM UK Payroll implementations , this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for UK clients, with focus on Payroll and Absence.

Manage System Integration Testing, UAT support, and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation.

Work hands-on with tools like HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, BI Reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader .

Drive discussions with stakeholders across business, technical, and management teams.

Oversee integrations, data migrations, and reporting related to Payroll, OTL, and Absence.

Prepare project reports, manage risks, and ensure smooth delivery across phases.

We’re looking for a professional who can blend deep Oracle functional knowledge with excellent communication and leadership skills .
