Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Payroll Consultant with proven experience in supporting and enhancing SAP HCM Payroll for Indian, US agencies or international NPOs. The role demands in-depth functional and statutory knowledge of international HR frameworks, multi-currency payroll, and complex entitlements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead payroll support and enhancements in SAP ECC (PY) for multiple geographies and global entities.
- Configure and maintain country-specific payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and allowance rules.
- Design and manage multi-currency payroll setups for staff in hardship duty stations.
- Resolve retroactive issues related to reassignments, transfers, and contract changes.
- Support and troubleshoot custom infotypes, table enhancements, and payroll rules.
- Collaborate with Time, Benefits, and Finance teams for aligned data and postings.
- Manage payslip generation, off-cycle payments, retro analysis, and year-end processes.
- Prepare documentation for audits, Secure 2.0 Act testing, and compliance reviews.
- Participate in KT, documentation, and AMS governance meetings.
Required Skills & Experience :
6+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and / or SuccessFactors ECP.Experience with international payroll environments.Proficient in schema / PCR configuration and multi-currency payroll.Skilled in wage type creation, evaluation classes, and posting models.Understanding of secure payment processes and pension fund logic.Strong troubleshooting for retroactivity and posting issues.Familiarity with cutover, KT documentation, and incident lifecycle under AMS.Soft Skills :
