Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Payroll Consultant with proven experience in supporting and enhancing SAP HCM Payroll for Indian, US agencies or international NPOs. The role demands in-depth functional and statutory knowledge of international HR frameworks, multi-currency payroll, and complex entitlements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead payroll support and enhancements in SAP ECC (PY) for multiple geographies and global entities.
• Configure and maintain country-specific payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and allowance rules.
• Design and manage multi-currency payroll setups for staff in hardship duty stations.
• Resolve retroactive issues related to reassignments, transfers, and contract changes.
• Support and troubleshoot custom infotypes, table enhancements, and payroll rules.
• Collaborate with Time, Benefits, and Finance teams for aligned data and postings.
• Manage payslip generation, off-cycle payments, retro analysis, and year-end processes.
• Prepare documentation for audits, Secure 2.0 Act testing, and compliance reviews.
• Participate in KT, documentation, and AMS governance meetings.
