Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations.
- Operate independently to provide high-quality consulting services aligned with Oracle methodologies and leading practices.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective payroll solutions.
- Configure Payroll and related HCM modules (Core HR, Self-Service, Absence) to meet business needs.
- Design and develop complex Fast Formulas and Retro functionalities to support payroll calculations.
- Prepare detailed functional documentation including requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis, test scripts, and setup documentation.
- Conduct design workshops, build workbooks, and create documentation to support system configuration.
- Collaborate with technical teams to guide integrations, data conversions, and report development.
- Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
- Participate in business development and client engagement activities.
- Mentor team members and contribute to project delivery excellence.
- Ensure smooth coordination across technical and functional streams for successful implementations.
Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum 8 years of experience, with 3–4 full life cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.Strong functional expertise in Fusion Payroll (end-to-end implementations).Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas and Retro functionalities.Proficiency in Core HR and Self-Service modules.Experience preparing functional deliverables including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and setup documents.Exposure to Oracle EBS HRMS R12 with understanding of R12.2 upgrade projects.Basic technical exposure to HCM data models and PL / SQL.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's in Business Administration (MBA).Good-to-Have :
Knowledge of Finance modules and related business flows.Experience with US or global payroll implementations.Exposure to architecture and design workshops, and experience in conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRPs).Experience working in client-facing roles for configuration and solution delivery.Skills Required
