Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with expertise across Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) , Benefits , and Payroll modules. The consultant will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end HCM solutions for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM OTL, Benefits, and Payroll modules.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions , fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional design documentation.
- Configure work schedules, time entry rules, absence plans, and labor costing for OTL.
- Implement benefit programs, eligibility profiles, enrollment rules, and life event processing .
- Configure and validate payroll elements, fast formulas, costing, balances, and payroll reports .
- Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements.
- Perform unit testing, UAT support , and assist with production rollout and post-go-live stabilization.
- Provide functional support for issue resolution, enhancements, and change requests.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and end-user training for HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (OTL, Benefits, Payroll).Strong understanding of HCM Core HR, Absence Management, and Compensation interdependencies.Proven experience in implementation or production support for global or multi-country environments.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to document business processes and translate them into functional specifications.Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM or Payroll is an advantage.Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.Skills Required
