Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Front Line Sales and Feet-on-Street (FOS) roles.
Understand NBFC sales profiles, especially field sales executives .
Source candidates via job portals, references, and local hiring channels.
Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments focused on sales competencies.
Partner with hiring managers to define manpower requirements and role expectations.
Ensure quick turnaround on open positions while maintaining quality hires.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and daily MIS reports.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of FOS candidates across geographies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
Essential Skills / Competencies
Strong knowledge of NBFC hiring practices .
Proven expertise in Feet-on-Street (FOS) recruitment .
Ability to handle high-volume recruitment with efficiency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation / Post-Graduation in any discipline.
