HR Recruiter NBFC IndustryLocation : MumbaiExperience : 4+ YearsIndustry : Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) preferredEmployment Type : Full-timeJob Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Front Line Sales and Feet-on-Street (FOS) roles.- Understand NBFC sales profiles, especially field sales executives.- Source candidates via job portals, references, and local hiring channels.- Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments focused on sales competencies.- Partner with hiring managers to define manpower requirements and role expectations.- Ensure quick turnaround on open positions while maintaining quality hires.- Maintain recruitment dashboards and daily MIS reports.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of FOS candidates across geographies.- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.Essential Skills / Competencies- Strong knowledge of NBFC hiring practices.- Proven expertise in Feet-on-Street (FOS) recruitment.- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment with efficiency.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Minimum Qualifications- Graduation / Post-Graduation in any discipline.Please send your updated Resume on
