Job Title : Tech Recruiter

Experience Level : 1–3 Years

CTC : 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 per annum

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai / Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Job Type : Full-Time

About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tech Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent to help build our high-performing engineering and product teams. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, build robust pipelines, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

MUST HAVE SKILLS : :

  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS TECH RECRUITER (1–1.5 YEARS)
  • SHOULD HAVE AN EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN AN IT INDUSTRY BEFORE

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create job descriptions for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, etc.).
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Screen and assess resumes to identify top talent aligned with technical requirements and company culture.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through all stages of the hiring process.
  • Track key recruiting metrics to measure success and optimize recruiting strategies.
  • Stay up to date with tech industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • 1–3 years of experience in tech recruitment, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and modern tech stacks.
  • Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other tools
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience recruiting for startups or fast-growing tech companies.
  • Familiarity with behavioral interviewing and structured hiring practices.
  • Passion for technology and talent acquisition.
