Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, conducting background checks, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The HR Recruiter will work closely with various departments to fulfill recruitment needs and support the overall HR functions.Qualifications- Experience in recruitment processes, sourcing, and screening candidates- Strong interviewing and evaluation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to manage databases and conduct background checks- Proficiency in using recruitment software and other HR tools- Organizational and time management skills- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- Experience in an HR role is a plus
