Job Description – Recruiter (Sales & Non-Sales)
Role Overview :
We are looking for a versatile Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for both Sales and Non-Sales roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, an eye for talent, and the ability to adapt hiring strategies based on the function. This role involves partnering closely with business leaders to fulfill manpower needs while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Sales (Inside Sales, Business Development, Account Management, etc.) and Non-Sales functions (Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring criteria.
- Source talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
- Conduct initial screening for skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate sales candidates on communication, persuasion, and target-driven attitude.
- Evaluate non-sales candidates on domain expertise, functional knowledge, and problem-solving ability.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer negotiations.
- Track recruitment metrics : TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline health.
- Maintain candidate database and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
Requirements :
1–5 years of recruitment experience across sales and / or non-sales functions.Strong understanding of diverse role requirements and hiring practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficiency in using job portals, ATS, and social media platforms for recruitment.Bachelor’s degree required; MBA / PG in HR preferred.
