- 15–20 years of sales experience in IT services, with strong focus on product engineering, or quality engineering / testing offerings.
- Proven success closing new logos or expanding within large GCCs (Google, Meta, AWS, Microsoft, or similar Big Tech players) in India — with evidence of closing multi-million-dollar deals ($10M–$20M).
- Deep understanding of GCC buying structures, procurement processes, and supplier onboarding cycles, including vendor portals, RFP / RFI cycles, and supplier scorecards.
- Experience negotiating and closing complex MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and rate cards, while balancing commercial terms, profitability, and delivery feasibility.
- Strong knowledge of QE / QA domains (test automation, performance, security, accessibility, localization / globalization, device lab testing, regression, in-sprint automation) and ability to align them with business outcomes.
- Exposure to adjacent service lines (cloud, DevOps, modernization, trust & safety, infra / tooling, AR / VR, creator economy platforms) is highly desirable.
- Executive presence with ability to articulate business value and ROI to senior stakeholders (Directors, VPs, C-suite).
- High financial acumen : structuring pricing models, assessing deal profitability, managing TCV / ACV, and building ROI / TCO narratives.
- Network advantage : existing senior-level relationships within Google India and / or Meta India strongly preferred.
- Rigorous pipeline discipline : proficient in Salesforce / HubSpot, maintaining ≥3× pipeline coverage with forecast accuracy above 80%.
- Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills; adept at producing compelling POVs, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Self-starter, comfortable in ambiguous and high-stakes pursuits, with ability to orchestrate internal teams (Pre-Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance).
Qualifications
