What is this role about?
- Setting goals : Identifying sales goals and setting targets to meet or exceed revenue forecasts
- Creating plans : Developing sales plans and monthly forecasting reports to track progress
- Building the team : Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new salespeople
- Providing guidance : Training and mentoring sales representatives, and providing on-the-ground support
- Motivating the team : Coaching and developing the sales force to ensure high professional standards are met
- Analyzing data : Using sales data to make important decisions
- Managing accounts : Assigning sales territories and generating leads to divide among sales representatives
- Running reports : Completing sales reports and other administrative work
