Head of Home Operations- Real Estate (Product Based)

Job Title :  Head of Home Operations Location :   Mumbai

Working Mode :  Work From Office (6 days a week)

What You’ll Do Lead  staging, warehouse, and design teams  across Mumbai’s micro-markets.

Build  SOPs and systems  to improve operational efficiency and staging quality.

Establish  quality audits , contractor  incentive structures , and manage  IMS roll-outs .

Develop and manage a  strong network of contractors, vendors, and procurement partners .

Drive  financial control ,  budget adherence , and  cost optimization  across operations.

Directly  oversee on-ground execution  in 1–2 micro-markets to ensure quality delivery.

What We’re Looking For Proven  operations powerhouse  with 6+ years of experience in  operations, warehousing, or procurement .

Strong experience in  building and leading vendor networks  and  on-ground teams .

Excellent  attention to detail  and a strong track record of  building scalable systems and processes .

Highly  organized, execution-focused , and passionate about creating seamless operational excellence.
