We are now expanding our leadership team and seeking a dynamic  CEO  to drive execution excellence and lead end-to-end operations with complete ownership.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and process-focused CEO to oversee and manage all operations, ensure effective coordination between office and external parties, and drive project execution with minimal promoter involvement.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic executor with strong command over development operations, capable of managing teams, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to deliver seamless project progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day business operations and drive project execution
• Act as the primary point-of-contact between the company and all external stakeholders (consultants, societies, contractors, architects, legal teams, government departments, etc.)
• Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and compliance with statutory and project timelines
• Build and manage internal teams and systems to run projects independently
• Create and execute business plans, strategies, and SOPs
• Monitor project budgets, approvals, timelines, and quality
• Represent the company professionally in all meetings and negotiations
• Provide regular status updates and ensure promoter involvement is minimal
• Drive operational efficiency and performance culture across the organization
