Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Head - Real Estate based in Mumbai. The Site Head will be responsible for overseeing property and facility management, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Tasks include managing commercial real estate projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, handling finance-related matters, and maintaining high standards of property management. The Site Head will also develop strategies to enhance property value and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management and Facility Management (FM) skills
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate management
• Financial acumen with experience in handling finance-related tasks
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in an on-site setting
• Familiarity with the Mumbai real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
