Role Description

The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information about our services. The caller will also maintain detailed records of interactions, support customer inquiries, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. Proficiency in communication and customer service skills is essential for this role.
