In this Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment within the US market and be comfortable working in a hybrid work model.

In US Recruitment, you will :

3+ years of experience in US Recruitment.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (technical hiring).

Must be comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.

Prior experience in client engagement is preferred.

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

Solid understanding of US labor laws, visa processes (e.G., H1B), and tax terms such as W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C).

What you already have :

A bachelor’s degree with relevant recruitment experience in corporate / executive search firms.

Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sourcing skills and ability to handle diverse requirements.

Hunger for success, keenness to learn, and aspirations of making an outstanding career in the executive Search / HR domain.

Working Hours :

This role requires you to work 5 days a week (Hybrid) from Mon to Fri for 9 : 15 hours a day.
