About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and strategic

Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

to lead end-to-end hiring across functions. The role involves managing a small TA team, partnering with department heads, and ensuring smooth and timely closures while driving employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.

Lead and guide the TA team to achieve monthly hiring targets.

Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and create effective sourcing plans.

Track hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source mix, etc.) and ensure process efficiency.

Support employer branding through hiring posts, social media updates, and campus / outreach activities.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or related field.

4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with team handling exposure.

Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn hiring.
