sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment,

Roles & Responsibilities :

Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft accurate job descriptions.

Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networks) to attract high-quality candidates.

• Conduct thorough screening to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit;

provide informed recommendations.

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and professional network for current and future hiring needs.

Stay updated on industry trends and contribute ideas for enhancing recruitment strategies.
