Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Track recruiting metrics (e.G., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to inform recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
