Scope :

Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition :
Utilize various channels (internal databases, job boards, social media) to source and engage qualified candidates for entry to senior-level positions.
Candidate Engagement :
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Market Research :
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective sourcing strategies.
Sourcing Plans :
Create and execute comprehensive sourcing plans tailored to specific client needs. Should be very excellent with Job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn
Reporting and Relationship Management :
Provide regular updates on sourcing activities and act as a main point of contact for clients and recruiters.
Key Requirements :

Ability to quickly execute research techniques and uncover hidden talent.
Adaptability :

Communication Skills :
