Key Responsibilities :
- Generate Leads : Identify and develop potential customers interested in financing construction equipment.
- Customer Engagement : Understand customer requirements and offer suitable loan products tailored to their needs.
- Sales Target Achievement : Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly loan disbursal targets.
- Documentation & Compliance : Ensure accurate and complete loan documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, vendors, and existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Market Intelligence : Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to better serve and advise customers.
- Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and legal to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and loan pipeline status for regular reporting.
