The Retail Credit & SBB department in the Bank is a Credit Underwriting department for all retail & SBB products of the Bank. It is also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a good portfolio quality and for ensuring smooth credit appraisal processes
About the Role
Relationship officer manages Legal and Technical activities. Monitors the vendor activities.
Key Responsibilities
- .Managing and monitoring legal and technical initiations to vendor, follow up, co-ordination for query resolution & report acceptance.
- .Managing Legal & Technical vendor empanelment, monitoring of vendors.
- .Co-ordination with vendors & Centralized billing team for timely bill processing, collection of No Dues Certificates from vendors for the respective CPC / Area offices.
- .Initiation of legal & technical deviation if any to the approving authority / TM / RTM / RLM / ACM / RCM.
- .Training to sourcing team on new changes, legal & technical checklist etc.
- .Completion of various post disbursement activities like asset verification, legal audit, valuation of NPA cases.
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is :
.Graduate / Post- Graduation (MBA, M.com).Experience in legal & technical activity & credit activities.Role Proficiencies :

.Knowledge of credit, legal, technical, industry and product trends.Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms.Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languageSkills Required
