We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telle Sales representatives. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the sales field.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers via phone to promote and sell products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others in a sales context.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
