Key Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to coach and mentor teams
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile tools and practices
- Experience with software development lifecycle SDLC is a plus
