Senior Executive - stores

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive and verify materials as per the SOP.
• Ensure proper documentation of received materials and report discrepancies.
• Store materials in accordance with their specified storage conditions.
• Ensure materials are organized and easily accessible for production needs.
• Take inward entries and prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for received materials.
• Forward the GRN to the Quality Control (QC) Department for sampling and analysis.
• Prepare quarantine labels and ensure all containers are appropriately labeled by the worker.
• Manage quarantined materials as per procedures.
• Update the stock register with all receipts and issuances of materials.
• Ensure accurate records are maintained for all transactions.
• Update daily logs for activities such as area cleaning, temperature and humidity monitoring, and stock balance verification.
• Ensure all daily records are properly maintained and filed.
• Dispense and issue materials to production as per requisitions.
• Update the stock register to reflect materials issued and received.
• Safely handle and move materials within the stores area in compliance with safety norms and SOPs.
• Ensure materials are stored and transported with care.
• Adhere to SOPs and ensure compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Maintain awareness of safety protocols and practices in all aspects of material handling and storage.
• Collaborate with staff and workers to ensure smooth functioning of daily activities.
• Support team members in achieving operational goals and maintaining efficiency.
