We’re now looking for a Senior Customer Loyalty Executive to strengthen homeowner relationships, manage our My Nirvana Club loyalty program, and drive referral sales that fuel our growth.
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with Nirvana homeowners.
- Manage loyalty & engagement initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits.
- Promote referral programs, track leads, and drive conversions in partnership with Sales.
- Plan & execute customer engagement activities (festivals, site visits, lifestyle events).
- Collect feedback via NPS / surveys, analyze insights, and improve customer experience.
- Maintain referral dashboards, monitor KPIs, and report weekly to the VP CRM.
✅ What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in customer engagement / loyalty / CRM / hospitality.Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).Relationship-driven with a sales mindset.Proficiency in CRM tools & Excel / Google Sheets.Event coordination or community-building experience is a plus.🎯 Why Join Us?
