Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Executive
to join our Sales & Partnerships team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential advertisers, selling media inventory, and driving revenue through creative and strategic partnerships within the crypto ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and engage potential advertisers in the crypto, Web3, and blockchain ecosystem.
Sell
articles, banner ads, native content, branded campaigns, and sponsorship opportunities
to maximize revenue.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business growth.
Create
customized marketing packages
and sales strategies tailored to each client’s goals and budget.
Stay updated on crypto trends, presales, and token launches to identify new business opportunities.
Qualify leads based on
budget, timeline, and marketing objectives
before passing them to the senior sales team.
Build and manage a
robust sales pipeline
to consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets.
Maintain and update CRM records and lead databases accurately.
Collaborate with the
marketing and partnerships team
to ensure cohesive outreach and campaign alignment.
Reconnect and nurture past leads through
personalized communication and strategic follow-ups .
Prepare and share
weekly reports
on lead generation, conversion performance, and pipeline progress.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in
media sales, digital advertising, or B2B partnerships, web3 Media Sales
(experience in crypto / fintech is a plus).
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of
digital media, content marketing, and brand partnerships .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in CRM tools.
Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, and emerging digital trends.
