We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Voice professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through voice communication, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via voice communication.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of conversations in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide product and service information to customers to assist them in making informed decisions.
Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a voice process. (Inbound process)Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and maintain a positive attitude.Skills Required
