Job descriptionDSA Recruitment and Management : Recruit, train, and manage a team of DSAs to achieve sales targets. Sales Strategy and Planning : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed housing loan sales targets. Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships with DSAs, customers, and internal stakeholders. Sales Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and coaching to DSAs. Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with housing loan products, policies, and procedures. Compliance : Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies. Customer Service : Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints. Reporting and Analytics : Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management. Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and develop the DSA team to achieve sales excellence. Business Development : Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
Requirements
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience : 5+ years of sales experience in housing loans or financial services, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and marketing acumen.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
