The Role
As an Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in growing our client base by building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting :
Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, inbound inquiries, etc.).
Consultative Selling :
Conduct discovery calls, needs analysis, and product demos to understand client requirements and position the CRM tool as a solution to their business challenges.
Building Relationships :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Negotiation & Closing :
Lead pricing discussions, handle objections, and close deals by demonstrating the ROI and value of the CRM solution. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with confidence.
Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management :
Use CRM tools (like Salesforce) to track opportunities, update the sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts to the management team.
Product Expertise :
Gain a deep understanding of Makunai Global’s CRM product and be able to explain its technical features in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with Teams :
Work closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and customers.
Meet Sales Targets :
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by driving new business and upselling existing clients.
