We’re Hiring : CRM & Sales Executive (CRM & Sales)
We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to take charge of both sales and customer relationship management for our brand. This role is hands-on, combining direct sales responsibilities with the management of customer data and interactions to ensure every opportunity is maximized.
What You’ll Do :
Actively drive sales by generating leads, prospecting, and closing opportunities.
Manage and update the CRM to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Ensure customer records are accurate and kept up to date.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and support.
Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure timely progress through the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and enhance customer engagement.
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales with exposure to CRM management.
Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
