About the Role :
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven
Sales Manager
with proven experience in
Multi-Level Marketing (MLM)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in driving sales growth, building and managing distributor networks, and scaling revenue through innovative MLM strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Build, train, and manage distributor / associate networks.
Drive new customer acquisition and retention through MLM channels.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and motivation to the sales team.
Key Requirements :
5–15 years of experience in sales with
MLM companies / brands .
Strong understanding of MLM business models, distributor networks, and compensation structures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Compensation :
Competitive package up to ₹25 LPA (based on experience and expertise).
