Role Overview Description
Role & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and design tailored hiring plans.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Strengthen employer branding to enhance talent attraction and retention.
- Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters for optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all hiring activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a Managerial role.Proven expertise in managing large-scale recruitment projects.Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and market trends.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.Skills Required
