Leadership Associate (Tech & Operations)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Leadership Associate (Tech & Operations) to join Olive by Embassy Group , the hospitality arm of one of India’s leading real estate developers who will help Olive strengthen its AI-enabled hospitality systems and operational backbone. You will rotate across departments with the mandate to improve efficiency through automation, dashboards, and AI agents .

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate across core functions — Operations, Business Development, Revenue, Legal, HR with a mandate to implement technology and process innovation .
• Support the design and deployment of AI agents and workflow automations (e.g., lead evaluation, contract review, revenue dashboards, hiring pipeline management).
• Assist in tech pilots — CRM upgrades, guest apps, AI auditing, and workflow automation.
• Support integration of multiple platforms into central dashboards / APIs .
• Work with business teams to analyze requirements , identify gaps, and translate them into tech-enabled solutions (LLMs, workflow automation, dashboards, collaboration platforms).
• Present business cases and tech process improvements to leadership
• Explore and deploy new-age tools  for everyday business use cases.
