Responsibilities
Champion metrics-driven analysis to continuously assess and optimize team performance, with a strong focus on automationLeverage automation to streamline data reporting and deliver timely, data-driven insights to management / key stakeholdersUtilize data as a core tool for guiding people management strategies and optimizing team productivityPlay a key role in weekly business reviews (WBR), using data to lead discussions support decision-makingManage capacity and scheduling, dividing and assigning work between team membersLead independent discussions with TechOps, Engineering and XFN Partners to unblock complex reconciliation issuesEnsure your team has strong data analysis and Technical skills needed to be successful in their roleSetting clear goals and expectations for individual and team performanceFoster a culture of continuous improvement to refine team processes and proceduresSupport recruitment and hiring initiativesCoach and mentor individuals to meet career via structured career development conversationsProvide continuous performance feedback and facilitate periodic formal performance reviewsDrive and own initiatives that make the team a warm and welcoming place to workKeep the team engaged and motivated towards their workWho you are

At least 2 + years experience leading technical operations teamsStrong SQL and Data Analysis SkillsStrong Ownership mindset and ability to get the team unblocked with internal / external helpExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsExemplary planning and time management skillsProven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders to achieve resultsPrevious experience mentoring others and are able to constructively provide feedback to othersAbility to motivate the team and keep them engaged in an otherwise structured processProven ability to be subject matter expert in the relevant line of businessPreferred Qualifications
