Role and Responsibilities :

You'll join a fast growing executive search firm and be a part of building the Consumer practise. As a consultant, you will be driving business for the organization as well as built network with senior technology professionals and advice them on their next career Business Development : Deepen relationships with existing clients & onboard new clients by leveraging on market insights and commercial intelligence.

• Talent Advisory : Advise clients on the best talent acquisition strategies and solutions and provide holistic solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
• Stakeholder Management : Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives (CMO, VP, Director etc.), understanding business drivers and providing consultative hiring advice.
• Building Network : You will connect with senior leaders to build a strong network of potential candidates as a trusted advisor.
