E-Commerce Sales Consultant

About the Role : We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Ecommerce Sales Consultant to drive the growth and success of our e-commerce division. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and boosting overall sales while providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Eyewear Consulting : Recommend and sell eyewear, lenses, and other optical products to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service, respect, and enthusiasm.
• Order Coordination : Work closely with relevant departments from the moment of order placement to final delivery, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
• Customer Communication : Keep clients informed about their order status, delivery, and shipment details, and provide any other necessary information.
• Problem Resolution : Act promptly to resolve any customer issues or complaints, striving to maximize satisfaction.
• Sales Boosting : Generate leads and boost sales through WhatsApp and email campaigns.

Qualifications :

Location : Saket, Delhi

Salary : ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
