Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated ERP Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding business processes, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end ERP operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Interaction : Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their business needs and challenges.

Needs Analysis : Conduct detailed analysis of customer requirements and business processes to identify suitable ERP modules.

Proposal Development : Create compelling and tailored proposals that address customer needs and showcase the value of our ERP services.

Sales Execution : Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Collaboration : Work closely with the technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer success.

Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new developments in ERP solutions to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Qualifications :

Freshers are welcome; Proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT or ERP services sector will be good to have.

Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
