Key Responsibilities :

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.

Provide accurate information and timely solutions to customer queries.

Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.

Maintain proper records in CRM and ensure follow-ups for customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Good computer and CRM handling skills.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
