Brief Job description :
- Handle both incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers, for inquiries, and provide timely support.
- Accurately process online orders and coordinate after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues quickly to maintain a positive buying experience and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through consistent and professional communication.
- Assist with logistics by coordinating deliveries, monitoring shipments, and addressing any related concerns.
- Manage front desk tasks, including welcoming visitors and handling all incoming phone calls.
- Gather and evaluate customer feedback to spot trends and contribute to ongoing service improvement.
- Prepare regular reports to provide insights that drive informed business decisions.
Requirements and skills :
