Archestra is a specialized hiring solutions partner dedicated exclusively to the Architecture, Design and Construction industry.

We help studios hire faster and smarter through Assisted Hiring, AI-powered shortlisting, and custom hiring systems- combining industry knowledge with modern tech-enabled processes.

We’re hiring a Client Acquisition Specialist to drive Archestra’s growth by building strong relationships across India’s Architecture, Design and Construction ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition (End-to-End Ownership)

  • Fully own the lead generation - outreach - qualification - proposal - conversion cycle.
  • Conduct intro calls and explain Archestra’s hiring solutions clearly.
  • Prepare pitch decks, email proposals, service documents, and customized offerings.
  • Build and manage a strong weekly pipeline of architecture & design firms.
  • Execute cold outreach, warm follow-ups, and relationship nurturing with prospective clients.
  • Track metrics, maintain CRM entries, and run structured outreach through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, Phonecalls, Social Media and other channels.

Marketing & Brand Building

  • Create and publish LinkedIn & Instagram content aligned with Archestra’s brand.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, case studies and client success stories.
  • Draft marketing communications highlighting Archestra’s services and impact.
  • Contribute to brand-building initiatives within the AEC community.
  • Internal Coordination

  • Maintain CRM, outreach logs, and weekly reports.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for campaign execution.
  • Organize communication workflows, feedback loops, and documentation.
  • Support business development tasks in a systematic, structured manner.
  • Required Skills

  • 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • A confident communicator who can comfortably engage with Founders and Principal Directors of Architecture & Design Studios.
  • Tech-savvy - familiar with LinkedIn, Canva, email platforms, and AI-driven workflows.
  • A strong relationship-builder with good writing and articulation skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach when required.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a niche, high-impact industry.
