Job descriptionRevenue booked : 10–30 Cr based on level. 50+ new qualified leads generated per quarter. 10 new client partnerships secured annually. Conversion rate from lead to deal closure > Team targets met with 90%+ accuracy in revenue forecasting. 8–12 years of proven sales / BD experience in consulting, CSR, or development sectors. Must have experience closing large-scale deals (4 Cr+). Preferred : exposure to social innovation, blended finance, or ecosystem-building.

Role Summary :
Are you a deal-closer, relationship-builder, and growth strategist rolled into one? We are hiring for the role of “ Head- Consulting & Strategic Partnerships (Public Sector) ” for one of our clients in the social impact sector.
In this role, you will drive revenue growth with an ambitious target of INR 30 crore in FY 2026, leading efforts to expand their Talent, Organisation Development (OD), and Strategy solutions across the social impact sector.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategic partnerships, strengthening client relationships, and building a robust pipeline of opportunities that accelerate their impact in the sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and execute a high-performing BD strategy aligned with organizations service verticals.
- Drive CSR partnerships, consulting contracts, and market expansion.
- Lead and grow a cross-functional BD team of 3–5 people across verticals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
25%.
Qualifications :
Compensation : A competitive annual salary aligned with industry standards, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
