Lead - Regional Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for unlisted shares, pre-IPO instruments, and mutual fund distribution.
 - Build and manage a pipeline of institutional and HNI clients through strategic networking and relationship development.
 - Collaborate with product, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure offerings are market-ready and aligned with regulatory norms.
 - Conduct competitive market analysis and provide actionable insights for product positioning.
 - Negotiate deal terms, oversee KYC / AML compliance, and coordinate transaction funding.
 - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets with structured reporting.
 - Mentor and guide junior sales and business development associates in the region.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+years of experience in financial product sales preferably in unlisted shares, pre-IPO instruments, or mutual fund distribution.Proven sales track record with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with SEBI guidelines, KYC / AML norms, and capital market regulations.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi / NCR.Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or Economics; MBA preferred.(ref : iimjobs.com)
