Lead - Regional Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies for unlisted shares, pre-IPO instruments, and mutual fund distribution.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of institutional and HNI clients through strategic networking and relationship development.
  • Collaborate with product, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure offerings are market-ready and aligned with regulatory norms.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and provide actionable insights for product positioning.
  • Negotiate deal terms, oversee KYC / AML compliance, and coordinate transaction funding.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets with structured reporting.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales and business development associates in the region.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+years of experience in financial product sales preferably in unlisted shares, pre-IPO instruments, or mutual fund distribution.
  • Proven sales track record with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with SEBI guidelines, KYC / AML norms, and capital market regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi / NCR.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or Economics; MBA preferred.
