We’re hiring an Assistant Manager – Solar to lead cutting-edge solar, wind & BESS projects. If you have 6–8 years’ experience and a passion for renewables, this is your chance to power the future.

What You’ll Do :

Manage solar, wind & BESS projects end-to-end

Lead design reviews & feasibility studies

Conduct Energy Yield Assessments & prepare DPRs

Ensure compliance with key industry standards

Perform BESS sizing for diverse applications

What You Bring :

B.E. / B.Tech (M.E. / M.Tech a plus)

Deep knowledge of solar design (DC / AC), EYA & BESS

Proficiency in Excel (macros), MS Office, data analysis

Strong leadership & communication skills

Must-Have Skills :
