Job Description :
Conduct an average of 3 daily field meetings, traveling ~50 km across cluster to pitch SolarSquare's solar solutions to residential, commercial, and agricultural clients.
Perform on-ground demos and cold walk-ins to showcase product benefits and close deals.
Sales Pipeline Management :
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and meeting monthly order targets.
Collaborate with marketing for BTL (local workshops, community events) and ATL (digital ads, radio) campaigns to drive customer interest.
Documentation & Post-Sales Process :
Manage end-to-end documentation for customer onboarding, including subsidy applications (e.g., PM Surya Ghar Yojana) and net-metering agreements.
Ensure smooth post-sales processes, coordinating with installation teams and addressing customer queries to guarantee satisfaction.
Data Management & Reporting :
Use tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms to track leads, sales progress, and customer interactions.
Provide regular reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and market feedback to the Regional Sales Head.
