Chief Human Resources Officer

Exciting Opportunity for Position of CHRO with a a premier specialty hospital for women and newborns based in Hyderabad.

Job Responsibilities- :

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with hospital goals and vision.

Lead recruitment, retention, and succession planning for clinical and non-clinical teams.

Foster a culture of employee engagement, continuous learning, and high performance.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, NABH standards, and healthcare regulations.

Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.

Oversee HR operations, including HRIS, analytics, and policy implementation.

Partner with leadership on organizational change, talent development, and workforce planning.

Uphold high integrity, empathy, and adaptability in all people management practices.

Qualifications

Master’s in HR(must).

18+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Hospital HR experience must.
