You will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while ensuring HR operations align with our business goals. This role requires a strategic mindset, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate, construction, and interior design industries.Key Responsibilities : 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningDevelop and implement hiring strategies for real estate, construction, and interior design roles.Build a strong pipeline of skilled labor, engineers, architects, interior designers, project managers, and site supervisors.Ensure a smooth onboarding process to integrate new hires effectively.2. Employee Engagement & Performance ManagementEstablish a high-performance culture with structured performance evaluation frameworks.Drive employee motivation, retention, and engagement programs to enhance productivity.Develop and implement reward and recognition programs.3. HR Compliance & PoliciesEnsure labor law compliance (BOCW Act, EPF, ESI, etc.) in the construction and interior design sectors.Design and enforce HR policies, code of conduct, and workplace safety protocols.4. Leadership Development & Organizational GrowthAct as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR strategy and workforce planning.Develop leadership programs to nurture future leaders within the organization.Drive succession planning and leadership training for key roles.5. Compensation & Benefits ManagementDesign competitive salary structures to attract and retain top talent.Manage payroll, appraisals, and benefits administration effectively.Optimize contract staffing vs. permanent hiring models based on business needs.6.
